Corporate Days Out

Rathcon farm provides an ideal location for companies or groups to enjoy an action packed day out, all within easy reach of Dublin. The day’s layout can be tailor made to suit requirements and the farm will be exclusively booked for the day. In addition to fishing, clay pigeon shooting and laser skirmishing, we can offer archery, air rifle shooting, a challenging treasure hunt and various adventure courses, all great fun and good team building exercises. The day is then normally concluded with a delicious BBQ at the lakeside. If accommodation and meeting rooms are required, we recommend Rathsallagh hotel which borders the farm.

Adventure Courses
Rathcon farm has introduced two very different, challenging, yet fun adventure courses which are set up around the lake. These obstacle courses are team based and include tasks such as canoeing, fence building, chicken herding, egg launching and much much more!

The Farm Experience is inspired from the challenges we find on a day to day basis while running Rathcon farm. Two teams are put against each other to complete a diverse and humorous adventure course whilst up against the clock.

The Splash Experience is located on the lake and involves guiding your water craft through a series of problem solving tasks. Advised to bring a spare change of clothes for this one!

Treasure Hunts
The Rathcon treasure hunt is set out across the whole farm. Teams must compete to find the hidden treasure by solving clues and riddles, and putting their map-reading skills to the test.

Various physical and mental tasks are incorporated throughout the hunt, each of which must be completed before clues can be collected!

Raft Racing
Paddle against your rivals afloat a raft created by your team from barrels, pallets and rope!

Archery
Experience one of the oldest hunting techniques by using long bow and arrows. We provide top of the range bows which will surprise you as to just how much power they have. Your bow can be a lethal weapon, but under our experienced instructors it becomes highly satisfying and a fun activity.
